I am so very glad I found out that my family is not the only one being ignored, re-directed to a person who seemingly does not exist, apparently has a terrible time reading a calendar and using the US postal service, and is getting royally screwed by the Guardsman Company after paying our hard-earned money for this "Best Protection Plan Available". I plan to go as far as I need to go, as long as it may take, and never give up no matter how rude and arrogant the Guardsman employees continue to be to me and my husband to have my furniture "fixed" to the "like new condition" they promised no matter what the "cause"!!!! Yeah, Right!!! I will do my best to contact as many consumers as possible to warn of this "Scam Plan" as I wouldn't wish the treatment we have gotten on my worst enemy.
