Sorry to hear you have had some trouble with your protection plan. It is a rare occasion when the protection plan ends on furniture as new as yours. If a technician cleaned the area but was not successful in removing the stain or repairing the damage, then a part should have been ordered to replace the area that could not be restored. If that's the case, then the protection plan only ends on THAT PIECE, not the entire furniture. The plan would only end on a piece of furniture that has been completely replaced. Locate your service agreement (trifold brochure with Guardsman logo on top, with a protection plan black letters & red numbers 2/3 down on the cover). Didn't get one? Call/visit your store and request what is rightfully yours (providing your sales receipt shows the protection plan purchase). READ IT. Keep it in a safe place. You bought it, so use it when circumstances necessitate. Ignorance is not bliss. Become educated about what you bought and make the most of your hard earned dollars. As always, Guardsman strives to provide outstanding service to all of its customers. We look forward to assisting your again in the future.
