To Whom It May Concern:
Good day, My name is Cathryn. Recently I was hired by The Guild Group/Just My size to perform promotional duties for the Just My Size bra and panty fit tour. I was hired on April 19, 2004, and the program ended
July 12th. The reason that I am writing this letter is because as of July 1, 2004, I have not received payment for the work done with Just My Size.
I have contacted The Guild Group on numerous occasions. Often my calls or emails are not returned. The last contact was from an Accountant executive with Guild Group. She stated that the accounting department was now being handled by a new person, therefore, checks could not be issued.
I am concerned. I performed my duties for the Guild Group and Just My Size. And to date, I have not been paid. I am not alone; there are 9 other plus models that are still waiting for checks. This to me is
uncalled for. We worked this event and made the JMS fitting tour a success. And yet, the very people that made this program a success are not being paid. I am prepared to take this matter to the media, legal board
and to anyone that will listen.
I would like someone with Just My Size or Sara Lee to investigate this matter. This is the 4th of July weekend, and some of us will not have much to celebrate, because we are trying to fight for what is right.
