Complain against JAPANESE CAR TRADE AND LUCUS JAPAN CO. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM JAPANESE CAR TRADE OR LUCUS JAPAN CO. My name is Mr. Guilherme Fontes, live in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I bought a car from a japanese company the name is "Lucus Japan" on June 07th of 2017. The car was bought from the website "japanesecartrade.com" with the reference number JCT-2550522 a Nissan Murano 2008. I have all the emails of the negotiation and pictures from the car with details of it. I was doing all the negotiation with Mr. Masahiko Imamura from the company LUCUS JAPAN. The car arrived in Tanzania on August 25th of 2017. But is not the car that I paid for. They sent a cheaper and older car. I have paid CIF USD 7.000 for the Nissan Murano 2008. And the car they sent is 2007 different model valued in CIF USD 3.400. I tried all ways to contact LUCUS JAPAN but they are not replying my callings or e-mails. Since I bought through the JAPANESE CAR TRADE, I also tried asking their help and they didn't help. The fact is that I feel betrayed and desappoited with LUCUS JAPAN and JAPANESE CAR TRADE.
