Warranty's do not last for ever. If it was loose while you were in warranty, then you should have had it repaired. By not covering a repair that is OUT of warranty, you are saying that your are being ripped off, and that GS is a bad company for not covering it. The warranty has an experation date on it. Take it upon yourself to have it repaired at your cost. It is in fact your RV, and at some point you should be responsable for it.
