Stop, don't do business with the company, bad painting, bad paint, over paid, not professional, had his children do all the painting, he was never on the job site, didn't pull the correct permits with the city to the work. Come to find out after doing a lot of checking, the paint was not even what he said it would be, free paint was not the case, more like old worn out paint nobody wanted to use. Stop, don't use this company. I had to go to another painting company to get all the mess this company did cleaned up. The discount was just a estimate marked up so he could mark it down, what a ripoff!

I would concur this rip off report is the fabrication of a competitor or dishonest person .... I have known Gary and his family since Pam was a little girl about 30 years now. In fair disclosure Gary give me a job pressure washing, painting when I needed work.... he runs a good business, over the years several small motels, apt buildings, residential.and commercial work. Because he has been around ... and stands by his work he insists things are done right.... "keep wirebrushing that rust.. I dont want to be back here in 6 mo. " Gary has years of experience and knows what he is doing. He runs his crew hard and is very demanding... no slacking... but then is the boss that buys everyone a nice lunch or pays the cost of a replacement tire because you got a flat and dont have cash to.pay for it. Gulfcoast Painting has a good reputation, thousands of satisfied happy customers... I know Gary is worth at least a few bucks... so he has no cause or reason to rip anyone off. After doing more research regarding this false report somebody submitted about us, we firmly believe it is a hoax created by a "reputaion repair/management" company. We refused their service and as a result believe they are the ones who posted this. We received a phone call notifying us of this so called "bad review",stating "for ONLY $4,000.00 they could burry the bad review for us." It's pathetic that people do business this way. We have no contracts with the customer name provided in the review. We stand behind our GREAT reputation and referral rates along with our numerous lists of references. Also its very interesting they seem to have known exactly what "key words" to enter in the title to link up with searches.hmmmm

We are very shocked and upset by the FALSE accusations a so called "Ms C" wrote regarding our company. We have never received any complaints about our workmanship or the deals we offer. The "free paint" is explained up front to any customer interested, that its LEFT OVER paint warehoused and used for them to receive a discounted budgeted price.The deal was created for single mother's, elderly , or miltary who are working with a set budget.As a matter of fact we do about 10-15 "free paint"s per year with VERY satisfied customers and I have a reference list to back it up. To see how easy it is for somebody,probably a competitor, to slander and try to tarnish our name and reputaion, is absolutley sickening.We have been in business for 35 years and work with a 95% referral rate. The fact they claim we didnt "pull the right permits with the city" is FALSE. To paint you do not need permits. Just licensing and insurance, which we have. Claiming " the kids do the work"?? This is a family owned and operated business which is explained on our website, Im sure that is where they received that information. His 30 year old daughter now runs the company. But thanks I'll take the compliment to be called a young kid! They copied and uploaded a photo from our website, trying to create a bad situation that is nowhere near the truth. I demand to know who this person is, and they provide me with proof we provided service to them!
