Complaint Review: Gumtree.com - London Internet

WWW.gumtree.com is a very deceptive and vindictive company with no office location just a registered mailing address, no contact numbers and has been in business for over 20 years ripping off the British people and the British Government as they do not pay their taxes and earn over 10 million pounds a month in generated income from the British Public, the Directors of the company a Michael Pennington and Simon Crookall (crooks more like) recently refused to be interviewed by the media or allow pictures of themselves to be taken, meanwhile they put out adverts on TV costing millions of pounds by the way encouraging people to use their services, advertise with them and part money with them,

what people do not realise is that they steal your personal information, bank details, credit card info and worst of all monitor your email conversations with other users on the site, the reason i know they monitor users on the site is because i had a dispute with someone on the site and gumtree then contacted me saying my Language was not user friendly and that i had broken their rules so they are taking down my advert which by the way was legitimate 2 days prior to them taking it down, they would not come clean and tell me that it was taken down because of a dispute i had with another user,

how crafty is that ? They have also taken money from me in the past on numerous occasions and taken down my ads for no apparent reason even if it was perfectly legitimate, this i consider to be theft and a criminal act but guess what if you report them to the Police there is no one to be held accountable as they don't actually have an office base, a physical office base people can walk into to confront them so why is this ? My strong believe is they are a scam and are comforatble scamming the British public and the British Government,

they allow prostitutes to use their site to gain more customers even when in their terms and conditions they say this is against their policy, they allow gays to use their site to harrass hetrosexual males offering them massage and sexual services when this is clearly against their policy as well, but when an hetrosexual male requests for a female they shut down your ad saying it's against their policy, how sick is that ? they are a dodgy set of people running a multi-million pound business from their bedroom and spying on you and me and have never paid any tax to the Governments where their sites are located,

i believe they have sites internationally i places such as the USA, Canada, Australia, UK etc etc, it's time the public stood up to them or some Lawyer who does not appreciate what they are doing and sue them for invasion of people's privacies, the owners and staff of this illegal organisation need to be arrested for fraud and invasion of privacy, do not advertise with them or recommend your friends and family to use them for any reason as they are spying on you and using your bank info and credit cards for bigger criminal activities so beware.
