Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Purchased a used vehicle that was overpriced due to Gus Menchaca sales tactics. Once in his office he never explained exactly all the fees and what was the sale price of the car.He just said work with the bottom price while he left a lot of blank spaces on the contract.

We went back and forth on the sale price for a while and after an hour of them holding my trade in keys, being pressured, not having the correct figures in front of me. I gave in!

After, I noticed they used my trade in to bring up the sale price of the car., it was too late. Reality set  in I was out 4000. + More than I should have.

Even Zaid the finance manager asked me why was I doing this deal and said to me if I don't purchase gap I won't get a better interest rate and I'm financing 107% of the vehicle .  Also they said all the maintenance was done on the car, not true according to the dealer they took it too..

I had purchased another car from Gunther Mazda 3 years ago, but will not go back. they have lost my business for good. The first Generation Gunther Family would not be pleased.

The numbers should have looked like the following.

sale price of the car $ 17,000.

tax,tag,title.            $. 1,500.

b/s dealer fee.         $    350.

total price               $ 18,850.

positive trade bal.  + $ 3000.

Drum roll... Finance   $15,850.

Now, I would like Gus and Mark explain to me how I ended up financing $18,000!!!! They sold me the car for $19,000. When it's only worth $17,000. Did not catch this due to the fill in the blanks contract I signed. Now that my friends is what we call a creative financing rip off.

The car I was trading in was in an accident and my Wife no longer wanted the car. I was buying a safer car. I had to go pick up my daughter at a certain time and when I asked for my trade in keys The salesmen left to get another salesmen. Now I have two guys standing looking down on me in a small office. They were telling me everything I wanted to hear. I never got my keys,. I signed it just to get it over with.

YOU voluntarily played DOORMAT.  If the price wasn't what you wanted, WHY did you buy it?  If the contract contained blanks, WHY did you sign it?  It contained blanks and YOU signed it?  You've got to be joking!  Did you even bother to READ what you were signing BEFORE you signed it?
