After I purchased ONE set of items only from this company by internet, this company has illegally kept my credit card information.

After that, they continued to charge from my credit card and sent me other products that I had never required. I had returned the parcels to the sender straightaway and tried to contact them but couldn??t get any response from them. The phone number they provided is always in musical, they won??t response for your email. In the end, I had to ask my credit card issuing bank to do the investigation for the unauthorized charges from my credit card. As the company could not provide approval of purchases, Westpac Bank then refund the money to my credit card.

But they keep sending letters to threaten me that they will damage my credit record.

And they said after I bought one set thing from them, I am automatically become their member, I should buy things from them every month. It is ridiculous, it is myself make decision if I am a member or not, it is not them make decision I am their member. They can not show any member application form with my signature. They are illegal again.

The nightmare experience made me exhausted and I found so many same experience customers from Internet. How can they rip off customers like this? For compensation of our spiritual and time lost, we start to take legal action against Guthy-Renker already.

When ordering on the internet you are reciving the items at club membership prices. It states that when you place you items in the shoppping cart on the right hand side of the page that you are beomming a club member and you credit card will be charged every 30 to 60 days, dependingon the product which gives them authorization to send you and charge you for the products, it states it numberous times on the website before you finish your order. It also is stated in the information that was sent to you with your first set of products. You could of cancelled your membership at any time during the 60 days and that would of been the end of it. Yes we were busy and there was hold times to get to a customer service reposentative and there was music but if you would of stayed on the line we would of gladly refunded your money and cancelled you acct for you . I would suggest the next time you order off the internet to read everything and not just click continue or next.
