Ordered a product from Sheercover to try, recieved several shipments on-time, then decided to stop as the product was not fullfilling my wishes. I called customer support and cancelled after several months. next month a shipment arrived, I called customer service to cancel again. Nice person (again) (got her "name and phone ID"), she said mail it back and we'll credit your creditcard. That was five months ago and I constantly get "final notice going to collection agency" stuff every month. I sent copies of the shipping order, a letter to Guthy-Renker explaining, a copy of the USPS reciepts, copy of the USPS "delivery Notifications". Never got my money back. So, take what you want from this experience of an ex-consumer of Sheercover. I suggest instead of employees defending the company on this site, they spend a little more energy streamlining their "cancellation/return operations".
