I do apoligize for the confusion, but the reps that place the orders cannot set the vitamins and products up as a one time shipping. The representitives that place the orders are also supposed to tell the customers that they cannot refund shipping and handling, except in very rare circumstances. I am one of the reps that currently works on the vitamins customer service line, and receive daily calls exactly like yours described. Please keep in mind though, that the representitive that answers your cancellation call is not the same person that took the original order, and does not deserve to be treated poorly because of the original representitives mistake.
