Guthy-Renker Natural Advantage By Jane Seymour ordered a one time sample 30 day supply kit and they keep sending me bigger boxes 90 day suppply kits til they over charged my credit card over $300plus over charge fees so almost $800 altogether, I called them after i recieved the second box 2 weeks after getting the first one they said I checked on the email site that I wanted to receive regular shipments of this wrinkle product. I ordered a one time sample 30 day supply kit of Jane Seymour"s Natural advantage and they kept sending me bigger boxes 90 day suppply kits til they over charged my credit card over $300 plus over charge fees so almost $800 altogether, I called them after I recieved the second box 2 weeks after getting the first one they said I checked on the email site that I wanted to receive regular shipments of this wrinkle product. I did not!!! They sent the first box I had requested, the 30 day trial kit, and 2 weeks later the sent a 90 day supply kit, another 2 1/2 weeks they sent a 3rd 90 day kit. and 3 weeks later they sent another 90 day kit.Totaling over $800. on my credit card from kits I didn't order and then overcharge fees from my credit card co. I called the natural advantage Co.
After I received the second kit. They said they were sorry! and to send it back with my own money for postage. I said no, I didn't order it and was not going to pay to send it back, They said I had checked on my oneline order that I wanted to continue recieving 90 day kits. I know for certain that I did not. I would never have done that because I didn't know if I would like the product or be able to use it because of sensitive skin. I called my creditcard co. and asked them to block any future charges from that natural advantage co. They said they couldn't do that.
WHAT!!!! They told me to call the company and tell them I no longer wanted their product. I did just that. They kept sending it to me even after my credit was maxed out!!!! My credit card company said I had to file a dispute within 20 days of recieving the first box. It was too late by then. I have all of the boxes and receipts bills ect. Also Jane Seymour, spokes person and owner of Natural Advantage, said if you were not satisfied with your purchase at any time you could send back the empty packages free of charge and money back guarantee. No one is willing to help me with this mess and if I pay my credit card they will send me more, So I told my credit card company to send me a new card with a new #. Be very careful buying anything on TV or on the internet with a credit card because they will max it out with their product, even when you don't want it or need it anymore. RIPOFF!
