 Call center answers calls

 wont give manager or supervisors name

no details and no help

 STOLE $600+ worth of credit on a card and wont reply to phone calls

Tried to use two seperate gyft card yesterday, the stores said the gyft cards were a zero balance, which they were not, paid cash, today it is showing up as used for both gyft cvards for the amounts that were on the cards.  Something is wrong, called customer service and waiting to hear back.  First time I have had a problem with Gyft.com.  Beware, and please report and let peeople know if they are going to the dark side, or if they fix your problem and this is just a glitch, I have enjoyed Gyft.com to this point.
