They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: The Fraud Chick Their relationship to the company: Advocate Rebuttal: Carla, I attempted to review the site you listed at http://www.small-pet-clothes.com. I received a message that stated there was no such site. This was on November 12, 2001 at 18:33 CST. Perhaps I keyed it in wrong. I also keyed that URL into a domain search and no one owns it. Is the address you listed correct? Regardless, don't waste any time with the BBB. The company you should go after ultimately will be the web page designed because they most likely mirrored your site. Get an attorney on contingency basis and sue them for a hefty sum. Unless some sort of patent has protected the clothing you designed anyone can copy those. But I believe you can sue both entities for the cost to build your web page and you also can sue for a percentage of sales from your competitor until they remove your mirrored page. Good Luck The Fraud Chick
