H & H Management Did not manage my rental property under the contractural agreement! tricked and lied to us Phoenix Arizona
We hired this company to manage our home while out of town. They rented the home, but failed to manage the property properly. We returned to the Phoenix area earlier then planned and ask H & H to contact and offer to the renter that we would pay to have them move to another home plus the reimbursement of their rent money.
They said that they would only to hear back that the renter would not move, which was fine with us. They lied however, they never mentioned it to the renter and when I spoke to the renter, she stated that she would have!
We stayed in an apartment across the street, we have had 2 vehicles stolen, along with several other problems.
H & H Management told us that the lady in our home was very mean. At the same time they were telling her that we were mean people. WHY??? Somehow they managed to keep everyone at and on the edge for several months.
Our advise... DO NOT RENT A HOME FROM H & H MANAGEMENT!!!
ALSO, DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!!!
