H. Kent Hollins [email protected] We paid this bill off in 2002 through garnishments through Buchannan county missouri courts, now he wants to come after us an garnish us again for something already paid in full Topeka Kansas
We paid this bill back in 2002 we paid on it for several years.It was my ex wifes bill but i still paid it and in full,though the courts in Buchanan County Missouri.
They have records proving we have paid these, then we get a letter in mail today saying he is garnishing my checks for more money. It was paid in full ,I will not repay this bill.
