H-tech.com Seller name: ZHANG XUEYING They said they were selling a Roomba robot vacuum and shipped some piece of junk that wasn’t even close to a Roomba Internet

Seller had some scam site and said they were selling Roomba’s and showed a picture of it. What we received was not a Roomba but some piece of junk $20 vacuum. Filed complaint to get money back from PayPal but seller said it had to be shipped back. Well, it would cost $58 to ship it from the US to China so it’s almost what I paid to buy it. The seller does this because they know we can’t ship it back because of the cost so they always win the PayPal dispute and keep our money. PayPal should step in and pay attention to these scam sites and give refunds for the false goods when it’s fraud. PayPal is useless!
