Sorry but this is by far the worse company I have worked for. They treat their employees like a piece of trash on the floor. I have had experiences of a supervisor telling a man he would kick his a*s because he asked when they were gonna take their lunch break. I'm sorry but I just wouldn't have taken that. He would have been picking his teeth up off the floor it he told me that. This same supervisor made a girl dig her can out of a trash can and take it back to the break room and throw it away. I can understand any company has to enforce rules but reprimand me, write me up or whatever dont talk to me like I dont matter. Oh my god I got so many stories of my own and my fellow workers I could go on for days. If anyone has experienced this please get back with me. They are also very discriminating against women as far as pay. And not even to mention the employees th, they even treat their customers just as bad. The merchandise they sell is not even worth anything. They target the elderly that cant get out and shop and they cheat them just because they can.

I had asked haband to (1) Pay the postage for return of the merchandise which it had shipped after I had tried to cancel the order; (2)Issue a credit for the exact amount it had charged my account (which Haband orignally had said was refused by the bank); and (3) Remove my personal information from their records. Faith and behold! Haband (after numerous complaints from me) sent a COD credit, which they said would take care of the COD charges to return the merchandise. The Post Office refused to accept the package on that type of COD authorization! I gave up - they got me again! Haband has not credited my account, nor has it removed my personal information from its records as I continue to receive at least one mailing from it per week.

I'm blown away by how incredibly rude you are in your posting. Having the occasional rip-off report is no big deal, what is a big deal is customer service representatives coming on here bashing customers. If you don't like your job...quit. You should find something else to do if you think all your customers are stupid. I will now never have the chance to speak with you as any order I make over the internet gets a quick check at rip-off first. Your response is what will prevent me from ordering not the original post.

Your response to this complaint is nothing short of amazing. It's no wonder folks like Daryl want nothing to do with your company. You are in an industry the depends on customers. To throw a tantrum whenever someone complains about your poor service is one way to quickly lose those customers. A bit of tact in the future is recommended. I'm sure you'll take the time to fire off some scathing retort and that's fine, I hope it makes you feel better.

You know we get people like you all the time complaining about this crap and that crap. you are not the only person in this world that orders from us. and by the way, we are not incompetent. our computer limits us to the things we can do and if you are too d$#% spoiled to see that than it serves you right! you know, I respond to emails all day long and we always get the same crap"where is my order?" We don't work at the post office we have no control over how long it takes for you to get your package. we would have gladly reimbursed your postage if you werent such a p***k!
