We were watching the news a few nights ago. When the name Hacienda Credit Company caught our attention. We happen to be one of their victims.

We paid $125 in cash for their services i.e., finding us a rental place.

When we found one on our own and requested a refund, they gave us the usual run around.

I probably spent an equal amount of money on phone calls, driving back and forth to their office a couple of times and finally gave up out of frustration.

Oscar and Ms. Paula were my contacts there.

I even complained to the Better Business Bureau, with no results.

We are glad that you have exposed them and prevented more victims.

The victims you describe are the small 5% of people that either are impossible to place due to their own history of bad credit and attitude or are people that tried to use the service for free and found out their little freebie scheme does not work when they tried to get a refund.

The refund policies are their to protect the company from being scammed by the consumer, no company wants to work for months for free while having to listen to some bad mouthed customer who has every intention of asking for a refund regardless if they find something or not.

Its a simple concept if you want a refund follow the agreememnt YOU SIGNED if you do not follow it NO REFUND, there is no rip off YOU are PAYING for something YOU ordered.......

These companies are not dum they provide a service to those that order it, it only becomes a scam in the consumers eye when they no longer need it or want to get it for free!

What happens to the other 95% that use the services of these companies their happy and they move on you never get to hear about those because there is no complaint, thats why out of thousands of consumers these companies churn through there is normaly less than 10 complaints out of thousands.

In regards to news stories, those are cut edited and spliced to make the companies look as bas as possible and to juicy up the story, NEVER do you see a full interview with any of the owners or workers just little snippets and cuts.

These companies charge anywhere from $29 to $180 for 3 months of daily information credit reports, phone calls printing and faxing, customers verbal abuse, customers rudeness, lets see you work for that.

Yeh Right off course you found a rental on your own.

That's what you say, what were you watching the News while they edit and splice their story cutting out all the responses from the company to make them look guilty and as bad as possible?

News alert for you did you know the DRE and state has lost many cases where they accused these companies of being a scam, when evidence is all laid out on the table it shows NO CRIME why because the company gets to respond in full with out some BS news story editing all the facts.

Going for the refund were you.. Used the service found what you wanted, then went through a song and dance routine to rip the company off. So glad you wasted your time

If you do not follow the agreement you are not eligible they do not sit there for free, you used them, regardless if you found it on your own or not it has nothing to do with it.

If you use the service for the full duration and DO NOT MOVE ANYWHERE and use it as YOU AGREED then you can request a refund in the time frames required if you do not do this YOU ARE NOT entitled to a refund.

People like you make me sick with your self righteous attitude and self beleiving when was the last time you worked for a period of time for free?

Victim??? Give me a break.. What about the 1000's of clients that are happy what you hear is the few low life's that moaned when they realized they could not scream, break an agreement and get something for free..

The only victim here is the company who has to listen to this BS

You did not get a refund because you were never entitled to one by your own admissions in your TALL story.

Exposed them?? Exposed NOTHING!!

They will just go and reopen elsewhere under another name and start making money again.

The only thing bad about these companies is the lying 5% portion of clients who try to use the service for free and fabricate so many lies the companies shut down and go and repaint another office some where else. Yawn, most of these companies welcome this they call it CLOSURE not closing.

Using it and screaming for a refund with out following the policy YOU agreed to makes you no different than your own statements you made except you lie so hard you convince your self.

Better Business Bureau Don't make me laugh who the hell are they, they have no power except the power to blackmail and extort money's from businesses. ......... Pathetic.... The BBB has more complaints than any rental office, the BBB just know how to pull the wool over your eyes!

My advice to you is grow up and be responsible you ordered something pay for it your little scheme did not work, don't waste your life plotting and scheming how to get it for free! Give something back to the community instead of scheming to get what you can out of it.

Only California acts like this anywhere else in the world people pay use and move on..........

And yes I do know what I am talking about
