As a long time hair plus client, I'm happy to say the male employee in question IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED THERE! I had also previously had bad experiences with him and was happy to hear that he left.

First off, it seems that you started the shouting when you yelled at him across the room when he went back to his customer and didn't run back to the counter to help you. And you weren't shorted 10 cents since it was buy one, get one half off. You were only shorted 7 1/2 cents. (5 cents for the full price, 2 1/2 cents for the half price). If 7 1/2 cents is going to get you this much in a tiff, maybe you need to buy Suave or the store brand product.

okay, yes what he did was wrong. agreed. but i think you need to pick and choose your battles. i think if you have this much time do fight over 10 cents, you are probobly one of those people who complains about a lot more then just this. is it honestly that big of a deal?

i am a male stylist who has worked for regis corp. salons. if i was the manager,that stylist would be history! ive seen the rudeness and dishonesty firsthand in this career. i am leaving this career for an allied medical profession. dont judge regis salons,its the person you get for service. regis needs to start cracking down on the incompetence, rudeness, backstabbing and greed in its salons! i wish you the best of luck. please call this no and make a complaint: 1-888-888-7778
