Thankfully his one store is closed down. Now the Dept of Banking needs to understand the others need to close as HAl is working in those other stores. Hal, please return all the other Jewelry to all the rest of the folks you set-up with loans to fail.

Thanks Jason we all love that our kids, parents, grandparents and less fortunate are paying higher drug fees so you could line your pockets and spend millions on yourself and your family. What a role model. What makes it worse is Jason Malek's Temple Congregation Torat El on Monmouth Road in Ocean Township accepted a donation of 50,000 for the addition of a wing for the Temples pre-school. They announced it in their monthly newsletter 3 months after Malek plead guilty. Dirty money give it back.
3.Todd Katz owner of Sipersteins Paint . Mr. Katz went Bankrupt on most of the propperties after a falied attempt to bring in Retail, Townhomes, Condo's to the great city of Long Branch. http://www.nytimes.com/2005/09/11/realestate/reviving-a-town-around-an-arts-center.html
The Article above back in 2005 was all hype and no action. Todd Katz left the City of Long Branch in ruins and all the properties along the Broadway corridor in Long Branch N.J. were foreclosed and purchased by the new owner Long Branch Partners. Now Long Branch Partners is suing the town of Long Branch for 75 million dollars becasue they can't get anything approved by the town. See lawsuit below. What makes it worse the current owner can't get anything approved possibllly becasue of Katz's longtime relationship with the Mayor of Long Branch which he is pictured with the mayor and a councilman of Long Branch and their Rabbi at a event to help the poor. Really?
Todd. isn't it time you help lobby to get things approved for someone else to help the city you state you care so much about. Do the right thing Todd and help Long Branch.
4. Barry Kantorwitz went to Jail for taking Real Estate bribes from a developer mostly with properties in Long Branch. Yup same town...
Kantrowitz, according to Stanziale, also made a second $10,000 "contribution" to an unnamed councilman at Dwek’s direction, in exchange for zoning approval to build 11 townhouses in Long Branch. Yup, Long Branch. Article below.

Article also states Kantorwitz possibly stole 1 million dollars. That money could have went to the victims during Bankruptcy. Barry give them the money back!
These people go to their temples and events acting like they care about people and very publicly post their pictures and talk about giving money for good causes. The only cause they are contriuting to is to cleanse their conscious . Please pick others to do business with and stay away from these four. Pease.
