you can see my problem is the "$960.00 and will not pay us. Suspended for no reason at all" I have filed a report with the bbb over 10 days ago, I have writen the gov. of california with no luck either 10 days ago. I have written the federal trade commission, no luck either, what do we do? I'm ready to take legal action. There is enough of us to do it. I have sent half over 35 emails and tried to leave messages on their voicemails about 10 times. I have not had one human response. it has been almost a month since they suspended us without paying us for no reason. if you have any other leads in the matter please post them on all of our half.com ripoff complaints. How do they get away with this injustice and disregard for people and businesses. I have now not made bills and am out a ton for shipping on books that I shipped on time over a month ago. 100 percent positive feedback and absolutely no violations on ebay or half for over 4 years and now this. Half is the worst rip off I have ever seen in all my years. Like I said we need to all take legal action to recover our losses. still has anyone actually talked or have a number for half.com. It is a manless operation so far.

I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION AS YOU PLEASE WRITE A LETTER TO THESE PEOPLE FOR HELP, EVEN IF YOU GOT YOUR MONEY YOU SHOULD STILL WRITE THEM TO COMPLAIN TO ABOUT THEM. My State Senator has contacted the Federal Trade Commission on my behalf. I am hoping maybe the Fair Trade Commission is next. California State Senators http://www.sen.ca.gov/ do not contact the US senators but your local State Senators go to google and type in your state Senator I am now sending a letter to the Governor of California. Everyone with a similar situation should do all the above. I got this email: Thank you for emailing the Governor's Office regarding your need for assistance. Due to the sensitivity of your issue, the Governor's Office must receive a detailed letter in writing requesting our help. If you have not already done so, please send a letter that provides all pertinent information, such as: return address, telephone number, case/claim number and additional material important for the review process, including your signature. Please address your letter to the Governor and send your letter by fax to (916) 445-4633 or by mail to the following address: Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger State Capitol Building Sacramento, CA 95814 Again, the Governor is deeply committed to Californians, such as yourself, and looks forward to providing any assistance possible. Sincerely, Office of Constituent Affairs BBB has been no help but you should still file a complaint Santa Clara office you should still file a complaint My State Senator has contacted the Federal Trade Commission on my behalf.
