I am the original person in this case. Half.com finally responded and I got my money back. However, I stand by my first posting. Their customer service was terrible and eBay (their parent company) wouldn't help either. It took two months to get my money back.

Half.com is a division of ebay. Ebay is notoriously non-consumer friendly. Best advice (if possible) file a chargeback with your credit card company. If not, go to ebay's website and go to "live help". They may be able to direct you. Personally, I've never had problems with half.com. I've also had things shipped to me via media mail (to Hawaii), and they've never taken more than thirty days.

I have been buying and selling with half.com for YEARS. I find them much more user friendly than ebay. I have NEVER had a problem with them.
