they suspended us on february 4rd just before payday, I have 100 percent positive feedback and have been a member of ebay for over 4 years, they saw we were selling more books every day and shut us down.here is what they said our account was suspended under the "Abusing eBay" section of the eBay

User Agreement. Per this section, we may immediately issue a warning, a temporary or indefinite suspension of your eBay account, or a termination of your membership.

We may also refuse to provide our services to you if we believe that your actions may cause financial loss

or legal liability for you, our users or us.

yea 100 percent positive feedback abusing ebay......well I applied to be reinstated. It took them 8 days to reply to the fax and emails I sent. then now 12 days later they tell me this...

We have reviewed your fax appeal and suspension. The decision has been made to leave your account suspended.

A review of your account shows that at this time you are not eligible for a seller payment. Half.com and eBay hold payments for a period of 90 days following a suspension. This ensures that all claims are given adequate time to be processed. Please contact us by email after 4 MAY 2007 to request a final seller payment.

this is an outrage they are holding a thousand dollars of ours and we have paid all that shipping of the books we sold on half as well.

I have sold over 100,000 books on the internet and this is by far the biggest rip off I have ever seen. any suggestions or know a good lawyer?

still no explanation of why I was suspended in the first place....lame

they told me they were making an electronic transfer but of course it never arrived. after waiting 12 days for a response to about a dozen emails they finally responded when I had the bbb contact them(they have a phne number). so they sent me one generated email saying thay my case is now high priority and me emails will be answered right away. Well 8 days later they have not been answered. they said they would send a check in 6 weeks! it has been now well over 120 days. We need to all get together and file a class action lawsuit

I have filed a complaint with the bbb, the federal trade commission and the California State Senators http://www.sen.ca.gov/ I see dozens of other people with the same problem. there is enough of us to be heard. maybe we should all go after these people making our lives hell. My world has not been right since we did not get paid on time and I would bet others have expereinced the same frustration and neglect from this manless site. It was not a fair decision to suspend people that have not violated any policy or wronged anyone. I have sent many other emails to half and not one reply yet but I will give an update when I hear anything
