Charles Calvin Hampton Fillingame is a slick talker. Promises a lot. Blows off requests for contracts. Comes across as going to do the work himself and assures you he can do whatever you want. Scrambles to find subcontractors. Doesn't manage project. Doesn't come up with deliverables as promised. But he will take your money and shaft you. His argument is because he is a CAT (creative analytic talent), his ideas are worth thousands and you don't deserve a refund even though the agreement was for deliverables--something other than merely his verbal contribution. Beware: Hampton Fillingame is highly vindictive. Has a police record in DeKalb County, Georgia, for battery (unwanted physical contact--usually a beating or fight: http://georgia.arrests.org/Arrests/Hampton_Fillingame_7847911/). Makes promises easy, and whines about how terrible his life has been and that he hasn't been able to deliver because of one crazy reason or another (his girlfriend had to go to the emergency room, he's been sick--suspect he's got a serious undiagnosed mental illness, his girlfiend dumped him and he's been despondent, etc.). He will play on your sympathies to buy more time. When you tell him to deliver or refund the fees and your sympathy for his endless list of life's traumatic events has been exhausted, he gets irate and threatening. BEWARE of con artists such as those epitomized by Hampton Fillingame.

Still trying to identify all the sources that work in the shadows not providing their true intent and identities. Still trying to hold on to my basic freedom of speech. Still having problems with these types:

Anonymous attacks allowed it seems in all directions, but I like the links to real facts. Seems if more people demanded facts, then we could do more to secure our own worlds. Interesting that a complaint included information about my "girl friend"? No worries, I will get to the bottom of it.

A. This is an attack from the dark world of intelligence. I am the top critic of gray space intelligence in the United States of America, and will continue to speak the truth. B. This was posted from one of a microcosm of individuals who do not understand how the "game" and intelligence can wreck one's ability to interact on all levels with anyone with intentions of completion with high client satisfaction. A or B? Without specifics to a general personal attack, it is impossible to respond to this posting to help the individual.
