My family & I were visiting Macon, GA & the option of staying at multiple hotels & opted to stay at this hotel based on the pictures of the room posted on the hotel website. The pictures showed that the rooms were quite spacious & with a family of 4, this would be great. When we checked in, we did not find the room spacious at all. The front desk was being manned by 1 person & we had to wait to question the room size. The front desk attendant told us the pictures were taken with a panoramic view which made the rooms look big. Being tired & it being late, we just took the room. A few days later, we were leaving & walked past another room & peeked inside. We were shocked to see that this room had the space that we saw in the pictures. I went to the front desk & the manager was unavailable. I was told the manager would call me & never did. I filed a complaint with Hilton Honors & they also advised that the manager would contact me. I never heard from the manager & even filed a complaint with the better business bureau. The hotel did not respond to the BBB either. The hotel is misleading people & apparently doesn't care because the won't respond. I am a frequent traveler & a Hilton Honors Diamond level member, & this is the worst level of service I have ever experienced.
