Puuuhhhlease!!! Once you pay a hotel, they will NEVER refund your money. I have had some very horrible stays at what were supposed to be great hotels, and couldn't even get a comp or a discount on my fee. Once they have your money, THAT IS IT. And they ALL require payment in advance, you don't pay when you check out, you pay when you check IN.

To Whom it May Concern; I am an employee of a Hampton Inn and have been for over 5 years. As I must admit, every business, from food services, retail, customer service, and hospitality can not always guarauntee satisfaction. I must apoligize for any unpleasent expirence you had at that pertictular hotel. At Hampton Inn we always guarantee your satisfaction 100%. If you are not a 100% satisfated for any reason, we don't expect you to pay. I am very sorry that this was not explained nor offered, in which case clearly breaks Hampton Inn Stanards. Please be aware that this satisfaction is guaranteed at every Hampton Inn property worldwide. And that most all Hampton Inns take pride in there service. As always if you feel that we do not meet your standards, and the staff does not offer or attempt to honor our 100% satisfaction, please contact guest assisantce at 1-800-hampton. Once again I am extremly sorry for you dissatisfaction.
