Not only are you in fact lieing, but I really hope that people believe me then over your pathetically run business. I feel sorry for the other people that buy your clearly FAKE designer bags. Not only are you going to eventually get caught by the FBI you are probably going to get sued and sent to prison for fraud. How dare you, measly company of fake handbags. I really hope you do get caught for all the people's money you took.

We paid with a VALID credit card! Downright lieing! I can't believe this. Please do NOT BUY FROM HANDBAG OUTPOST. We are lucky we got our money back - Bunch of lieing fools!

I am the sales manager for Handbag Outpost. This customer paid with a fraudulent credit card TWICE!. After placing two orders this customer wanted to exchange an item for something else. Thankfully, we were aware of the fraud by that time. Of course we didn't send another item. We are disgusted that this person is choosing to continuing to victimize our company on a regular basis. We would have been stuck with the loss if we had sent the item back.

We finally received our money back into our account. If we had not of sent in the NSF check to the credit card company in time we would have not received it. I recommend anyone curious buying from handbagoutpost - Please do not buy from them. They are a terrible company and they never did get back to us about the refund.

CORRECTION: **The check was NOT certified** Got back the check now and was sent to the credit card company. We are going to wait till we get a response from the credit card company then we will contact the IRS. I will keep this updated as I get information.
