I’ve worked for Hansons for a few years now and everything that I just read is complete nonsense, this person sounds upset that his "new business” (never heard of), keeps getting turned down by customers for a professional company like Hansons. Hansons does not over charge customers, they actually have a policy in place that you can not over charge a customer, they have even put new technologies in place that prevent it. Everything gets priced out on an IPad and the application automatically generates a price based on the windows you’re replacing.

WAKE UP PEOPLE - DON'T BE SO d**n FOOLISH - STOP GETTING RIPPED OFF!
HANSONS IS NOTHING MORE THAN TRAINED (PROFESSIONAL LIARS) TAKING YOUR CASH.
THE COMMERCIALS YOU SEE ARE ALL MISLEADING NONSENSE FOR THE VULNERABLE SUCKERS.
CALL A SMALLER NEIGHBORHOOD COMPANY FOR YOUR BEST DEAL & HONEST DEAL.
CALL A BIG COMPANY - YOU PAY BIG COMPANY MONEY (and you get nothing special) 'but lies'
(REMEMBER: you're the one that's going to pay for all of their expensive advertising costs !!!)
CALL A SMALL COMPANY - YOU PAY SMALL COMPANY MONEY (and you get everything you want)
(REMEMBER: smaller companys don't have big advertising costs to pay for - use save DIRECTLY)
Check out all the different complaint sites about Hansons - do your homework - be smart !
DON'T BE A FOOL BY LETTING HANSONS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU ! (they laugh about it)

I also installed for hansons for 6 years. I have seen on too many occasions the way brian elias and his managers treat homeowners. ESPECIALLY ones over retirement age. They routinely install windows and doors that they know leak water and air. And then they force their installers to go run service calls and try and rig them up to work, by thraetning not to give them installs for the day if they refuse to comply. One little fact that i'm suprised you didn't tell about is that hansons, a 30 million dollar a year company DOESN"T HAVE A SERVICE DEPARTMENT! but brian routinely goes on tv and speals his lifetime guarantee to the public. He bought into the now defunct republic window company for a million dollars so that he could make tv comercials about having his own factory too. I quit my job because I couldn't be a part of that mess anymore. and I couldn't stand to watch people get ripped off everyday and be apart of it. Because the worst thing in the world is when a customer asks you as an installer "did i get a good deal" or "are these windows really as goos as they told me they were" and you have to lie because it's not your place to tell a homeowner that the place that you work for just ripped them off!
