Problem started 01/04/2005, I called this company to confirm that they would be delivering my unit, tables, and chairs on 01/08/2005 at 11:00 as agreed,
I tried to contact company on 01/04/2005, no answer to phone, only machine, left 2 messages that day, no phone call return, on 01/05/2005 same thing , no answer on machine, left another 3 messages, no return call. on 01/06/2005, same thing no answer, only machine, on 01/06/2005 i emailed the company, and advised that if no phone call return by 6pm that i wanted to cancel my reservation with them, someone fianlly called me back at 5:45pm and guaranteed that someone will deliver the unit as promised.
On 01/07/2005 company sent a email to my work address adviseing that there may be a 50 % chance of rain and they probley will not make any deliverys on 01/08/2005, they did not call, they did not make an attemp to contact me by phone. What if i was not at work on friday and did not get my email messages till saturday?
finally i told the company as frustrated as i was becuase they did not answer the phones just to cancel the reservation.
Let it be known that it did not rain on 01/08/2005 day of reservation, and they did not end up showing up, and never a phone call to apologize, they are not reliable.
