Happy Nails And Spa Bait and Switch - total RIPOFF - Stalkers Irvine, California Internet
Called Happy Nails on 6/28 to make appointments for my daughter and 2 friends to get facials for her birthday. Picked up a gift certificate for $120.00 at a closer Happy Nails for convenience. Took the girls to the Spectrum and dropped them off for their appointments. Picked them up 2 hours later after they were traumatized by the Happy Nails staff. Overcharged them each for services that they didn't ask for, nor did I make appointments for. Extracted their faces because they thought they needed it - even though the girls said to "STOP". Then because they overcharged the girls - they were short $5 and the staff followed them through the mall to get more money. Not to mention try and short them change for a $20 bill and tell the girls they had to pay a TIP.
Once I heard about the situation I got in the car with my daughter and drove back to Happy Nails to rip them a new one. After 20 minutes of ridiculous lies from the so-called esthetician and the manager pretending to answer the phone. They rewarded us with a 30.00 gift card that I will never use because I will never go back to any of them again. They really need to be put out of business.
I can't believe the Irvine Spectrum would put up with the negative publicity from this place. Do they really need the rent that bad???
