Harold and/or Lea/Leah Winkler have expanded their scams from puppies to electronics on eBay. They recently bought an iPhone 6 Plus from me, but now claim the package was "tampered" with, replaced, and taped/retaped while in transit.
The phone was shipped in a plain brown box, with nothing to indicate the contents within. While not ENTIRELY beyond the realm of possibility, that this one package would be singled out to by a USPS employee, with no markings on the box, to be opened, then have it's contents replaced by another phone that the USPS employee "just happened" to have with them, then that the box was taped back up and delivered...I just don't buy it.
Especially given that I taped the mailing label over the flaps of the box...so any opening/taping/re-taping would have been immediately obvious...however the Winklers signed for and accepted the package, so obviously it was not tampered with and/or opened/replaced with a different phone in transit as they claim. Rather, they opened and replaced the true contents with some other item.
Just a word to the wise - Harold and Leah Winkler are expanding their scams. I'd strongly suggest researching the multiple complaints against them before doing ANY business with them. I should have researched their names and address as soon as Paypal provided them to me, and saved myself the headache of fighting their scam.

I bought a Iphone 6 plus from this same exact guy named Paul Rupp from Acorp December 2014 and when it arrived he also filed a nonpayment against me too with being 12 days later with trying to scam my money as well as give me an item I also can not use. Not only did he do that of scamming my money but he shut the IME number off on the phone on me too. I bought my phone from him as well with trusting him and all he did was scam me. I called this person that Paul Ruppa claims as these people on here of which this phone number does not exist to belong to such people that he claims to be so any way I asked this other person with this phone number which was a young kid age 17 with asking and if that they have not bought a phone from this guy nor even have a ebay account for that matter and the user of this phone claims no and they do not know what is going on because another person that has brought a phone from Paul Ruppa's name and Acorp has the same issues with multiple people for 3 calls have been placed so far to that number which the young kids claims to be changing his number due to Paul Ruppa. Paul claims of actions but all the complaints are on him himself not the others taht have done anything wrong. I called Ebay, Pay Pal, and filed a chargeback with my credit card company of which no way I m responsible of any such thing that I would ever have to pay for they said, so thank goodness for tat so what out everybdy for Paul Ruppa Acorp that uses address isn CA and also in Arkansas too. He is such a evil crook!
