Our company spoke with Harreson R Mayers about using his company's auto dialer. He informed us that we would be charged 3.5 cents for each call when the homeowner pressed option 1 and if the call was greater then 1-2 minutes.

We were informed that his lists were screened for don not call (DNC) The phone script was 1 minute long.

Instead he charged us for every connect the auto dial made whether or not someone pressed option 1. We have the report. His auto dialer made 15025 connects but only 282 people pressed option 1 and of the total people that pressed option 1 146 stayed on for only 1-2 minutes. "102" stayed for 2-3 minutes only to tell us to remove them from the list.

In order to open the account we had to supply him with a credit card which was never to be charged. He said that checks were accepted but if we used the credit card he would charged us his merchant fee of 2.3% of total cost.

The check was mailed but he still charged the credit card and passed his merchant fee on to us.

He was paid for the 282 people that pressed option 1 greater then 1-2 minutes but he charged us $525.94 + 2.3% service charge on our credit card.

He is not honest. Currently taking this up with our credit card company. What a Fraud!

In all of our marketing emails, and in our contract it clearly states that the client is paying for every minute from the moment the person picks up the phone. This is true for every robo-dialer company, since the phone companies charge for every minute from the time the homeowner picks up the phone.

No we do NOT require a credit card to open an account, and we only charge a credit card when authorized by the client, although most of our clients only pay by check.

I have no idea who "Pissed off Malverne, NY" is, but all my clients have a toll free #, and email address to contact me directly at anytime to deal w/ issues, yet I never heard from this person. Obviously only interested in hurting the reputation of others, and not getting any issue/s resolved.

This is completely inaccurate information and I want this report removed from this site IMMEDIATELY!
