In all of our marketing emails, and in our contract it clearly states that the client is paying for every minute from the moment the person picks up the phone. This is true for every robo-dialer company, since the phone companies charge for every minute from the time the homeowner picks up the phone.
No we do NOT require a credit card to open an account, and we only charge a credit card when authorized by the client, although most of our clients only pay by check.
I have no idea who "Pissed off Malverne, NY" is, but all my clients have a toll free #, and email address to contact me directly at anytime to deal w/ issues, yet I never heard from this person. Obviously only interested in hurting the reputation of others, and not getting any issue/s resolved.
This is completely inaccurate information and I want this report removed from this site IMMEDIATELY!
