I gave 20.000 dollar depost on a property in Puerto Vallarta. She pressured me into buying the place but something was off. After some ispection, I found out that the place had a mold problem and she hide it from me. When I asked back for my deposit she refused and block my phone number.

Harriet Murray was shown to be a professional real estate agent, but she offered to be a crook as she sold the property to my parent with many problems and a price much higher than the market. We start a lawsuit, but if we doubt that, we can have success.

Do you kinda think you should have inspected the property BEFORE giving her the money? Her allegedly "pressuring" you doesn't matter. She didn't hold a gun to your head and YOU could have said NO at any time. YOU failed to use COMMON SENSE and YOU went along with her rather than e a wise consumer!
