Harris Connect, LLC Sent to Debt Collection over USD Alumni Directory Chesapeake Virginia
Was contacted by Harris Connect for USD ALumni Publication. They sent me a CD and a bill for $120. I promptly wrote "Return to Sender" on the envelope, which was UNOPENED, and mailed it back. I have now received numerous calls and letters, stating that it was never returned. They then proceeded to send my account to a collections agency, so this $120 will go on my credit report. I have continued to call and email both Harris and their collection agency, to no avail. I have filed a report with the Florida Attorney General's office, in the hopes, I can get this matter resolved. I will never, ever, have dealings with them again. SCAM!!
