Harry Lane Chrysler Plymouth Kia has not sent me my title to my auto the business that doesn't give a dam Knoxville Tennessee
I paid cash for a truck in April of 2002, and I still have not got my Title.
I found out that there was a lein on the truck and they wil not sign a release for the state, so the state cant give the title untill it is released.
I dont know what I can do about it.

Yes Gerald Anderson, we did get the title to the truck, but my wife AND myself contacted you several times. It took five months to get it. You hung the phone up on me the last time I tried to talk to you about it.(guess you dont remember that) I had to pay Lawer $175 dollars to write a letter to you of my intent to sue Harry lane over this, and after the letter was sent, we got the title in the mail. You kept telling us that it was the state holding it up when in fact, I called the state and the title was even sent to them for processing until two weeks before I recieved it. Five months, that is bad business. Over the last 10 years, between me, my family and my friends, we have purchesed 30 cars and trucks from Harry Lane dealerships. That all ended with this deal. David Anderson is a great man and I have a lot of respect for him and Danny Mathas. I have NO respect for you or the way that you treat people, when all of this was going on, we were in contact with a young lady that worked for you, and she asked you several times about the title. She said that you told her that if you heard of that FU***NG thing again you would fire her. If that is true, you are not a good man and deserve no respect. So yes I have my title but I will not remove my complaint,just look at how long it took for you to respond to this. I also filed a complaint with the Better Buesiness Burieu but I still have not recieved a response from you on that.

We are not aware of any problem concerning a title in regards to a man named " Roger". If this person would like to contact us regarding this matter we would be glad to research and try to resolve this matter.
