I too purchased a 2007 Hart Cart. While the shipping and delivery left a little to be desired, the vehicle has been of great use. I just had an incident of what appears to be a damaged ring gear in the differential and have asked Shawn how to proceed with this warranty or repair work. I will report back on the outcome...

Mr. Dazed and Confused, I do not really want to leave my phone number on this sight or any other. I will say this if you think I am a fraud, you leave your email on this sight or your phone number and I will be more than happy to contact you if you so wish. I do not understand what your problem is. Facts are Facts and I am very pleased with my Hart Cart!!! Thanks for your concern though. I look forward to contacting you.

I am in the process of obtaining any and all public documents for Shelby County Court House, related to Hart Marketing Inc. Apparenlty the Clerk of the courts charges for information to be mailed. I am trying to get a transcript of the court hearings as well. I have found that this is about a $700 fee. once i have paid the fee, they will mail a written account of the court hearings and we will scan the pages so we can post the exact facts. I do not doubt from a minute that there are one or two satisfied customers, but what about the others, what about this lawsuit, why is Hart Marketing Inc advertising the same stuff under several websites? If the product it good, then one site should sufice. Looks like Hart is trying to fool consumers with multiple websites. I contacted a company in Indiana that is the plaintiff and was only given a name of thier attorney and refused to comment. Kelley Baldin is the plaintiff attorney. Hart Marketing should provide the phone number to this satisfied customer so he can be contacted. I am assuming it's a post by the owner to counter the negative court filings.

I recently bought a Hart Cart and realized all this stuff about a lawsuit after I made the purchase. I figured I would not get my product so called with concerns. I was assured of a date and it came and went. I called again and got a ship date and it did ship and I have received the cart and I am very satisfied, for the money you can not go wrong. I would just like to add that if Mr. Hart is such a crook, how come he has a great record with the BBB ?? The only problem I can see is that he has a hard time keeping them in stock. I think there is a little more to the lawsuit than people are willing to tell, but no matter how you look at it I am very pleased with my purchase!!

OK, i am not sure who Terry Zimmer is, but I do know who Shawn Hart and Hart Marketing Inc is. Here is what I know and what experiences i have had with Shawn Hart and any of his so called companies. I own a small engine repiar shop in Northern Michigan. I purchased several atvs from Shawn Hart a few years ago. To this day, i have had nothing but problems with these chinese atvs. I can't get parts from Shawn. I had to order parts from other companies. Several came in not running and I had to repiar them before I coiuld sell them. out of 24 that i baught at one time, 13 had some type of issue. I had to refund 9 customers and use the 9 for parts on the others. I recently worked on a Hart Cart for a customer. Here is what I found. The power switch that controls the dump bed broke. It actually melted. I called and asked for a new switch and was told there was no stock for this part. I had to go to an autoparts store and modify a switch to work. I month later, customer returned with leaking fluid under engiine. I inspected and found a cracked casing on the gear box. I again called Hart Marketing inc and was told it was not covered under warranty and it was customer abuse. I had to call another company on the west coast and pay for the part. This Hart Cart had 41 miles and 12 hours on it. It was 2 months old from the customers receipt. Hart Marketing Inc, offers a 90 day unlimited warranty and didn't provide parts when needed. Bottom line is He will deliver that product, sometimes late, but will. Problem is after the sale, there is no customer service or support. We can't get parts from the guy. Smooth talk works at the point of Sale, but when you need service or support after the sale, they are lacking. I called this court phone number listed in these postings and did find there was a lawsuit filed against Mart Marketing Inc, Shawn Hart regarding Hart Carts and failure to deliver product. From reading the postings it does appear that Shawn Hart is doing everything he can to defraud another competitor for purposes of knocking of competition. If you are a consumer and interested in a Hart Cart or any product Hart Marketing Inc, is selling, Do your research. This guy knows how to make money fast and easy but at the expense of us, the consumer. I would like to see anyone else affected by Shawn Hart to post here or contact me as to I am interested in a class action lawsuit against him as well.
