Shawn Hart - Hart Marketing 300CC does not equal 500CC Fountaintown Indiana
I ordered a 500CC 4 wheel drive UTV in March, 2008. I received my UTV in May of 2008. I had overheating problems, (and still do), and it took 4 months to received the parts. I had trouble getting my Title and Invoice from Hart Marketing. Finally, thanks to the young lady at Tech. Support, I got my Title. I asked Tech. Support how to idenify the difference between a 300CC and a 500CC motors. And guess what? I have a 300CC unit. Since I'm not in the position to tell the size of the motor buy lookiing at it, I was under the impression I had a 500CC motor. I wrote Shawn Hart a letter and included a copy of the fax and check I sent in March, 2008. Both fax and check had in bold letters 500CC Red 4 wheel drive written on them. I received a letter back from Mr. Hart with the explaination that they didn't sell the 500CC at the time of my order. So they sent a 300CC unit. Mr. Hart is now willing to sell me what I ordered without giving credit or a refund for what I didn't order. Mr. Hart, if I wanted a 300CC motor, I would have ordered one! The letter you sent back was a total bunch of bull, as is the products you sell. My UTV still looks new, because everytime I use it, I have to repair it.
