Harvard Risk Management Corporation, whose CEO Mark Riches is also a Platinum Executive Director with Prepaid Legal/LegalShield. The products are Legel Services and Identity Theft product.

Resumes are pulled from CareerBuilder for recruiting. You are pretty much the customer. Then they will sell you access to their CareerBuilder account to recruit for yourself, and to the Safety Source database for leads, when only one person at a time can log in and they are actively working the leads themselves. They resell their access for $50 a seat. Of course you need a Legal Plan of your own full and vested commissions.

There are also numerous conventions that you have to pay to attend and marketing materials to buy. Mark Riches quotes in his videos large numbers in commissions, not telling you that it's advanced commission, and when a membership cancels before the full year, that you have to pay the money you was advanced which is called a Chargeback. Considering that memberships drop almost as fast as they are acquired. Not to mention that you start with your friends and family, as your warm market, which puts them in this situation.

I was told I had to purchase items through the Harvardbenefits.com websitefor my agents back in Dec 2015.

Then my bank contacts me saying I was a victim of Identity Theft. I was working in the office there in Cookeville. After I was contacted by my bank, I started hearing others where hacked too. Later Mark Riches scrambled to upgrade his website with more security. It might have something to do with the guy running his website is from India. Luckily, my bank was able to catch it asap and freeze all transactions. There was 5 transactions in about 3 hours.

Yes, there is some past issues with LegalShield. For the most part, I still believe in it. It was just the actions of Mark Riches lying and stealing from people. I worked with him for over a year. I even moved to Tennessee and work in his office. I lived there at the office. It had a downstairs that used to be an apartment. I worked 80 hours a week and made $700 a month at the most. After 1 year, I had over 700 agents and 105,000 emails that he wanted you to bulk email. Mark Riches was shut down weekly for spamming.

Even though I had 700 Agents, I was making less than $500 a month. Unless you are his family, you are a pawn. Mark Riches blocked my access to the Harvardbenefits.com website. He transferred all my agents and leads to a girl in his office that he pays $250 a week. Any sales they get, he puts them under his children so they make more money. So beware. I was given no notice. One day I try to log in and you are blocked. After a year of hard work and dedication, this is how a man claiming to be a devote Mormon treats people.

I could say a lot more. The only thing, we are commanded to forewarn people of evil people. Yes, I have a past from being set up. I am going after all the ones that have wronged me. Mark Riches is a person that deliberately takes advantage of the weak and poor. That is so wrong on so many levels. If I had to do it again, I would go straight through LegalShield, be very careful dealing with Mark Riches.
