Complaint Review: Harvey Greenwald - North Richland Hills Texas

My company was just swindled out of a lot of money by a group of “investors” that calls themselves St Augustine Trust.  It is made up of several members but the key players are Harvey Greenwald, Theodore Robinson, Dirk Wagenaar and Beverly Campos. They put forth a very convincing story of how they will invest millions in your company, they pass through all the public legal checks and appear to be an investment fund that truly wants to help you.  What a bunch of baloney. They ask for “honesty” money when the MOU is signed and they guarantee that you will be funded in 90 business days or less. 

They wine and dine you and then get you to sign on the dotted line.  Which I did.  Bummer.  Over a year later my company has still not seen a dime from St Augustine Trust.  We have spoken with them several times a month only to hear their excuses as to why the money will be delayed again.  After having heard enough of their excuses I decided to withdraw from their fund and have them return my “honesty” money.  Now they are pointing fingers at each other saying “that one has your money, not me!”  They are all liars and swindlers.  I was so angry I started to do a little digging and guess what I found…..

Harvey Greenwald from Richland Hills, Texas has been brought before the courts numerous times, in different states, for fraud, money laundering, stealing cattle from Indian Reservations, misusing millions of dollars of grant money given by the state of Kansas to research a bandage that could save our soldiers from dying on the battlefields and even removing money from his own families trust funds to his own accounts for personal gain.  The grant money from Kansas was used to open a tire recycling plant in China.  What a horrible man with no scruples.

Theodore Robinson, now there’s a name for you….he claims to be from Chicago, Illinois but you soon find out that when you search “Theodore Robinson – Chicago” it comes up with a craftworker from the late 1800’s that is considered part of Chicago’s heritage.  If there is any information about the Theodore I am dealing with than it is buried under stacks and stacks of history on the craftworker – how clever!  The Chicago address that he gives is an empty lot next to evangelical church.  Theodore had mentioned that he had recently become a Reverend at the Universal Live Church.  I visited the website and from what I can tell pretty much anyone can become a Reverend in a few simple steps.  Yikes.  When you follow the info and connect the dots it sure looks like a non-profit way to funnel some funds.

Speaking of funneling funds, Dirk Wagenaar seems to have that down to a tee.  Can’t seem to peg what country he is even from.  When I trace him back it looks like Dirk is an alias for a man who has been caught by Interpol and investigated several times for transferring money across country and continent lines that are illegal.  He uses a story that his wife and kids are waiting for him at home (wherever that is…)and he hasn’t seen them in months and so he is trying to wrap this up so he can go home…sob, sob.  He sounds official and is quite good at passing the buck to Harvey. 

Harvey, in turn, passes the buck to Beverly Campos – in comes the compassionate woman figure that we all love and trust.  She is used as the warm front face that closes the deals.  She is also the one who calls you right after Harvey gives you a let down to tell you she is on your side and will get this taken care of, no matter the cost to herself.  Yeah right.  As soon as I asked for my money to be returned she disappeared so fast she left tire marks.

Who is responsible for the consequences of these people’s actions?  Why was Harvey brought before a grand jury and found not guilty when all evidence is to the contrary?  How is he allowed to force a business into a lawsuit that they then lose against him and he buys their company as soon as it is belly up?  After looking at a few of the cases I also found that there is a House Speaker, a Senator and a Congressman that receives very high funding for their campaigns by several of Harvey’s companies.  How considerate of Harvey….anyone smell a payoff?
