My 4 year old grandson was kicked out of the water park for no reason. I asked Park Director Daniel Nguyen why and he said nothing. I asked him- is it because my grandson is black and he smirked. On the way out I was told he was banned for life.
Just like you I assumed this must just be a terrible rogue manager so I decided to contact the corporate office. Obviously there is no way for them to make up for such a despicable act but I decided the right thing to do was to give them the opportunity.
I contacted Jason Martin the Area Director and Ryan Forson the Managing Director. Neither of them would give me any reason for my grandson to even be kicked out much less a reason for a lifetime ban. They also both confirmed the lifetime ban is still in effect.
I have the emails to prove all of this. No refund.

My grandson was with his grandmother the entire time. She never saw him do anything wrong. I did not see him do anything wrong. I did ask why and Daniel did not answer.

So just out of the blue, you are with your Grandson and the park management came up to you and told you that your 4-Year old son had to go and was banned for life.
Your first comment was then it has to be about race. After all what better way to discriminate than to let you in, play for a bit, and then kick them out for life? Which of course makes total sense. Were you watching your 4-Year old grandson or was he running rouge unattended? What exactly was he doing when they came up to you?
How long were you there before you were kicked out?
