Hawthorne Acquisitions - hired by Sonci Cash Threating, law suit, locator service, requesting account numbers Santa Fe New Mexico
I have consistenly recieved phone calls for Hawthorwne Acquisition at my place of buisness. This individual refuses to give his name he states he has someone outside my office to serve me with documents suing me for an unpaid payday loan. The have asked for the last four weeks for my banking information, they have provided no proof of owning this debt, or securing this debt from Sonic Cash. I've sent Sonic Cash several emails to ask if they are affiliated with this group but have not heard back. Since these people insist on having my banking information and conducting this over the phone, I am insisting on them providing proof that they own the debt. So far they have not, they continue to make threating phone calls to my place of business, the end result is I believe this to be a scam.
