Haynes Furniture The Dump A STRIGHT UP RIP OFF!!!! houston, Texas
I was an employee for this company. First of all, they get you into the store to buy run down furniture that's missing pieces. They do not have a warhouse. It's more like a "what u see is what u get deal" if you see a sofa on the showroom floor, that will be the same sofa u take home with u. I worked in the customer svc department. You have 24hrs to report any damages to your furniture. if not then we tell you "there is nothing wwe can do" This policy is outrageous!!! Then it has to be written on the drivers paperwork for us to help. This company has an "F" rating with the BBB!!!! Please beware. They will not replace your furniture only send out a tech to REPAIR it!!! The commercials are misleading and the prices aren't what they say they are! I know first hand so please beware...
