On 1-10-05 we called business in question, to ask how much to power bleed the brakes, they replied about 30.00 dollars.

They called and asked where we got the mastercylinder as it was defective, so we replced it with a new one which we purchased elsewhere as they had to order it. they replaced the master cyl. and the back brakes would still not bleed off. they crimped the back brakelines so the front brakes would work. this only caused more problems and now we are left with no bra kes. Noparts charged but the labor charge was 115.20, and we still do not have brakes.

They put in a new taglight bulb and cleaned the battery cable ends, parts were 2.02 labor was 32.00. They also found a cracked sparkplug,and replaced it. Parts were 4.33 and labor was 96.00.

They also charged us 16.95 for shop materials. The total bill was 285.29, I paid the bill in full with a check,which I stopped payment on 1-11-05. I was in another vehicle,so did not drive the "repaired" vehicle until we picked it up after the business was closed.

The vehicle would not idle on its own and the brake were almost non existence. We barely got it home. It was in worse shape than when we took it in.

We called the satisfaction gauranteed number 1-11-05 and were told they were out all day. The battery cables are clean and the tag light works.Other than that the vehicle is undrivable.
