It seems to me that you're complaining about the wrong company! I think your complaint should be about US Debt Relief.
It appears that there is a judgment against you - that's the reason for your pay being garnished.
Anyone who advises a person to IGNORE a court summons is full of BS!

YOU signed up for a debt collection company, does not mean BOA accepted there offer you are still obligated to pay your minimums until they accept(if they accept).
Just because you are now forced to pay your obligations does not qualify you for food stamps, you still show to high of a income to get them.
Maybe now is a good time to drop the debt company.
