The company asks for $130 to sign up and (in my case) $229 per month for the first month, of which the whole amount can (reportedly) be refunded within 7 days of enrollment--over the phone. The letter they send explaining benefits will take 3-5 days to send out, leaving you with maybe two days to decide.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to find out who your health insurance company (if any) will be before you enroll, and it is IMPOSSIBLE (due to expenses apparently) to get anything in the mail before you enroll. They will instead spend a half hour on the phone telling you how to access the website in place of a written agreement.

So, essentially, you are enrolling on the chance that you can find out more about what your health plan actually would be--and they say that it's a bad sign if you have to pay to get information.

They have been in business since September 9, 2005. My insurance company (and I already do have insurance) has been in business for longer than I've been alive.

They have 8 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau, of which 3 have been marked "resolved" all related to refunds.

They (Capital Health, 866-293-4040) were surprised when I told them that I got the phone number for Pinnacle (866-746-5678) when I called back a second time.

An employee has already filed a rip-off report saying that he was denied wages and also that the health plans are crap.

They haven't actually ripped me off yet because I think I will stick with a different company.
