Health Choice Plus,LLC Superior Distribution/AZC, Staff Was lied to when trying sample product. Charged on product I did not order. Would not give refund. Hung up on twice after being told the conversation was over and there was nothing else to talk about. Mesa Arizona
When I ordered a sample product paying S&H, I specifically told them I did not want auto ship on any future product. I wanted to try out the product and if I liked it I would considering ordering more in the futre. Well, I recieved a package and it just so happens it was on auto delivery. I called the center to see how I could send it back and was told I could not send it back. They said I agreed to one month of auto ship of the product and that they would cancel future shipments. I told them I was not spending $100 for something I didn't want. The girl hung up on me.
I called back explaining I specifically remember my converstion with whomever I ordered the product from, she was trying to sell me just about everything. I specifically told her I do not want anything else nor do I want autoship. I did not want any other products!!! The lady said it's automatic that you have to pay for one month of autoship but yet any other product I have ever ordered, it was not mandatory to get one month of autoship and if they did send out the product you could always return it. Plus there is the satisfaction gauranteed, usually backed in any company especially a company offering diet products. If it doesn't work you send back empty bottles for a full refund. Well, she said the conversation was over and hung up on me.
I went on the website and looked on the terms and agreement... it said nothing about it being mandatory to autoship for one month. Plus the product was supposed to be half off and it wasn't. How can people get away with scamming people like this?
I hope there is someone who is willing to really look into this. How can customer service be so rude. That is there job. How can anyone feel good about selling thier products through false advertising? Something needs to change.

Ps... On the bottom it asked if it was ordered online..I filled everything out online , then someone calls you and you place order over the phone.
