I will not dignify or respond to each of these ridiculous, false, and untruthful allegations.

Secondly, if there were any real truth to any of this nonsense then why don't YOU sign your real name? You are hiding because you all know it is nonsense.

Yes, at the advice of my attorney, I did use pseudo names because of all the nonsense from 30-years ago that has followed me all my life...I regret that I took that advice so very much. The judge told all those people doing the same thing that you are doing right now that he was tempted to file frivolous litigation charges against every one of them. It’s all right there in the court records. Actually all of this out in the open is the best thing that ever happened to me. I can finally be who I am instead of hiding from something I did not do for 30-wasted years of my life!

1. For the record, I have NEVER been found guilty of ANY CRIME anywhere at any time

         a. I have NEVER been charged or found guilty of franchise fraud by any regulatory agency. Since you are all repeating it and circulating it and you all know how to search public documents...then show me the official public record court papers that say I was even formally "Charged" by the FTC. I was totally cleared on that matter - If you have documentation from any court showing I was found guilty of franchise fraud by ANY State or Federal court then post it here. It does not exist.

        b. I was NEVER found guilty of securities fraud either!  If you read the facts in the public records, you would know that this issue was a simple error by my attorney who admittedly forgot to file the final paperwork AFTER he had filed and received approval from the SEC. If I was found guilty of securities fraud as you say, then again, If you have documentation from any court showing that I was found guilty of securities fraud by ANY State or Federal court then post it here. It does not exist. You should know that the SEC does not play games...If I were guilty of anything involving the SEC, I would have had to pay restitution, a huge fine, (not a small administrative fee), and I would still be in prison.  Again the paperwork documenting that I was found guilty of Securities Fraud just does not exist.

In fact, I have NEVER even been found guilty in even a CIVIL action. Again, if you have documentation from any court showing I was found guilty in any civil action then post the formal court filings and judgments here. They do not exist.

Of course I am running ads and working with people that I do pay because they do the job they are hired to do. Many right here in the U.S...I have a business to run and investors who know the truth and believe in me. They got everything they paid for and more form me. 

However, YOUR nonsense is now seriously affecting the founding investors! And that does have legal consequences. It is because of YOU that they cannot get their food orders for their kiosks. We have a copy of an email that was sent from one of you directly to the food production manager. He told our NJ Kiosk Owner personally that he specifically left because he believed all those links and allegations to be true. He told one this funding investor that he will not produce their food because he was scared off by this letter and all of this nonsense. I believe him to be a business man. I really cared about him even though I understand from his conversation with that investor that he now hates me as well since he believes all of you. (Again, this was after he assured the Philadelphia investor that they had completed the testing of all recipes and they were set up and would immediately begin to produce more than a pallet of food a week for them (or more, if needed).

YOU have each seriously damaged their businesses because of this alone. You have clearly hurt these investors financially. And these actions have serious REAL consequences. Not to mention all the other clearly documented things that you WILL be charged with which WILL be public record.

In fact that same investor clearly overheard one of you attempt to extort money out of me in a meeting at Panera Bread. A LIVE witness yet!  I will not name that person here because she will be a celebrity in the media soon enough through the legal channels.

What IS interesting however are the real charges piling up against each and every one of you for this nonsense. That is reality – look up the term “torturous interference with contracts and business relationships”…Google that! You will be seeing your REAL names in the media. Yes, real names and real lawsuits will soon be found ALL OVER THE INTERNET. But it will not be coming from me...it will be the people and families you have truly hurt…from the founding investors who believed in this concept enough to open up a market before the company was even open…They can each document that you have cost THEM real money...I am far beyond that...And, these suits, press releases, and articles will all be based on truth. One thing I still trust is the justice system...I have always found when it comes to the law...the truth does always prevail.

And how shallow is the person talking about my personal appearance...lol... That is almost comical that anyone could be trying to make a case on my physical appearance and age. First of all, if you know me at all then you know I had major surgery for facial cancer. I am lucky to be alive.

All I will say is that when you start turning the personal making my "face" part of the issue...is shows the immaturity and shallowness of those that are fueling this negative feeding frenzy.

How immature and shallow you all are. I assume the reason “I” am getting all this attention is that you must be upset because you lost out on a good thing…maybe…?

Lastly, I will not come back to this site again so I do not care what any of you insane crazed people have to say...And I am saying this with MY real name...I will not return to this site nor will I respond to any further backlash here or anywhere else as a result of this counterproductive nonsense. Wow, I decided to look up Health E Pizza and Health E Kiosk after stumbling upon them/her as a possible Elance client. I like to look up potential clients past job history to get a feel for them before I bid on their work and there was a bunch of Health E Pizza logos and various related work in her past job history which led me here to this report via Google. Now that I see this I'll leave the work to those is foreign countries to deal with or maybe they'll see this report and pass too. As a public service I should let you all know that the client profile on Elance is vague, but the work history clearly shows it's for this company/person, not to mention when you mouse over the client's image it says "thumb64-80-1246569009-Carol_Myers". Oh and for those thinking or believing she has no money, she must have something because she has spent over $25,000 in recent years on Elance.

Someone needs to get her and do something to stop her from ripping off "investors" and employees. Maybe she'll get one of her heels caught in a storm drain and a truck barreling down Rte 33 in East Brunswick, NJ will take her out. She's at the Days Inn which is located right next to a cemetery. She's not buying clothes, cars or jewelry. Health E Ventures is "officing" out in Las Vegas but it's probably just a mailbox. Chris Morgan is the only name listed for the company.
