I ordered a service to get one of my artists verified on twitter. John Harper from Hearme.co (Based in Canada) told me he could guarentee verification, and that the process would take no longer than a month. He then stated that in the odd case he couldn't, he offers a 100% money back guarentee (also on his website.)
I paid john a substantial amount for the service and followed every guideline he gave me after. After about 6 months of broken promises and patience I decided to cut my losses. He obliged and reiterated that there would be a FULL refund. Another year goes by of promises ie: "the money will be transfered by the end of the month, I'm calling the bank right now," etc. I am not hurting for money so I was very patient through out this process and also had hope that he could still somehow verify my artist.
After a year or so goes by I explain that I am done being patient and will file a scam report and also hire a collections agency. He begs me and apologizes and FINALLY transfers half of the money owed to me. He explains the other half will be there within a week or two. Another month goes by and stops responding to my emails all together.
John Harper and hearme.co is a completely fraudulent company. STAY AWAY. RUN AWAY. Also, don't bother buying any of their other services as the views, likes, follows, and other promos are all fake.
