Heart Check Los Angeles not honering contract, used the money to pay them instead of planning funeral Los Angeles, California
Husband received an email, from his employer (CSUN) regarding Heart Check America. We read the information, and even went onto the Heart Check web site. We felt if it came from Cal State, Northridge, that it was ok.
I called the number and spoke to an Adele Beeman, and believed it to be a great offer for us, made appointment for, husband and I, October 5, 2010 @ 6:00.We were there for over 2 1/2 hours, filling out forms, and finally giving credit card to pay for a 10 year plan (Platinum) contract $4,495.0 + $299.00, network dues.
Contract allows once a year, body scan for my husband and I, + $299.00 for network dues, each year. I called yesterday, to make appointment, all numbers disconnected, web site down. I am not a happy camper!
